HIT PARADER'S TOP 100. What do the lead singers of Led Zeppelin, Judas Priest and Rainbow have in common? Well, of course they are considered to be members of some of the most influential bands in metal history. However, Robert Plant (Led Zeppelin), Rob Halford (Judas Priest) and Ronnie James Dio (Dio, Black Sabbath, Rainbow) are among the many metal singers who made it on to Hit Parader magazine's Heavy Metal's All Time Top 100 Vocalists list. The magazine's editors said, "Assembling our list certainly presented a daunting task considering the breadth and scope of the metal empire during its 35-year reign as rock's most powerful and enduring force." Others that made the list include Rod Stewart, Ann Wilson, David Bowie, Paul Rodgers and Gene Simmons.
