Chicago thrash veterans Disturbed have earned their fifth Number 1 album, as Immortalized topped the latest edition of the Billboard 200 albums chart with 98,000 copies sold in the week ended August 27th. The achievement makes Disturbed just the third music group in history to have five consecutive albums debut atop the Billboard chart, following Metallica and the Dave Matthews Band, who extended the streak to six. Despite the effort debuting atop the chart, however, sales were barely more than half of the first week sales of its predecessor, the 2010 set Asylum, which sold 179,000 copies in its first week.
