Former Evanescense guitarist & founding member Ben Moody is being sued by Rider Management Inc who claim the songwriter inked a deal with them in 2006 and has stiffed them on commissions - to the tune of $500,000.  Moody was a member of Evanescense at the peak of their fame.  Since he left the band in 2003 (the last album he did with the band, entitled 'Fallen', sold over 7 million copies in the US alone)  they have never been able to reach the same heights.  Moody is also a songwriter who has penned songs for Avril Lavigne, Kelly Clarkson, Daughtry, Celine Dion and a bunch of other lame-O's.  He is currently a member of We are the Fallen and The Halo.
