It's official, the legendary punk outfit Black Flag will be reuniting with Ron Reyes on vocals.  Reyes fronted the band from 1979-80, followed by Dez Cadena and then came their most notable singer Henry Rollins.  Their first show will be at UK festival, Hevy Fest, and will be their only UK appearance in 2013.
