Rap superstar Lil' Wayne surprised fans on Labor Day by releasing his long-awaited mixtape, "Dedication 4."  The release followed a series of delays for the mixtape, which features contributions from heavyweights such as Birdman, Nicki Minaj, Young Jeezy, Lil' Mouse and others.  One song on the set has been getting plenty of attention, as it appears to be an endorement by Nicki Minaj of Republican Presidential nominee Mitt Romney.  Titled "Mercy," the track features Minaj spouting the line: "I'm a Republican voting for Mitt Romney, you lazy bitches is fucking up the economy."  Listen to "Mercy," and check out the cover art for "Dedication 4," below.
