British pop singer Lily Allen has reportedly begun working on her third studio album, but the effort won't be a Lily Allen project as she has officially changed her professional name to Lily Rose Cooper. The change comes about a year after Allen's marriage to Sam Cooper and about eight months after she gave birth to the couple's first child. Allen/Cooper announced th ename change and that she was in the studio working on a follow-up to her 2009 effort "It's Not Me, It's You" in a Tweet posted Thursday morning.
