Grammy-winning soul singer Lauryn Hill pleaded guilty last Friday to tax evasion charges. The 37 year-old singer apparently did not file tax returns from 2005 to 2007, despite earning an estimated $1.8 million during that time. Each of the three counts Hill is facing is punishable by up to a year in jail and a $100,000 fine. The singer was released on $150,000 bail, pending her sentencing, which the judge in the case scheduled for November 27th.
