Up-and-coming British rockers The Treatment debuted the video Monday for "Nothing to lose," the first single from the band's debut album, "This Might Hurt."  The album was released in Europe earlier this year, and is slated to arrive in North American stores on July 17th.  The band will get some solid exposure, meanwhile, this summer when it provides support for metal / rock legends KISS and Motley Crue.
