German metal vetaterans Grave Digger revealed some new details about its upcoming 16th studio album, "Home At Last", including the release dates.  The follow-up to 2010's "The Clans Will Rise Again" will hit stores in Europe on August 31st and North America on September 4th on Napalm Records.  Before the official album comes out, the band will drop a six-song mini-version of the album with the title track, a apir of non-album songs and three songs from Grave Digger's 2010 appearance at Wacken Open Air.  The mini-disc will hit stores July 27th in Europe and August 7th in North America.  Check out the cover art for "Home At Last," as well as a trailer for the album, below.
