Veteran Phoenix thrashers Flotsam and Jetsam revealed on Wednesday that their next album, which they are currently writing, will be titled "Ugly Noise."  The band hopes to have the album ready by September or October, but funding for the album is coming from a new charity music project called PledgeMusic, in which fans pledge donations to help fund the recording of an album in exchange for various merchandise including digital copies of the album when its released and updates on the recording process.  As part of the project, each artist participating will donate a percentage of their earnings from the projects to charity.
