The official Black Sabbath website has removed any trace of Bill Ward.  The photos (and there are many of them) have all been cropped to just feature Tony Iommi, Ozzy Osbourne and Geezer Butler.  The move was made just days after Bill Ward released his statement / letter saying that he would not be participating in the confirmed Black Sabbath concert dates.
