Some high-quality footage surfaced online Tuesday of Quiet Riot's set at the M3 Rock Festival in Columbia, Maryland on May 12th. The clip is the first footage of Quiet Riot's new lead vocalist, a relative unknown named Scott Voukon. Voukon os the band's third frontman in a year and a half, following Mark Huff, a former singer for a Van Halen tribute act called 5150, and former Montrose frontman Keith St. John. Original QR frontman Kevin Dubrow passed away tragically in November 2007 from an accidental cocaine overdose at the age of 52. The band's biggest hit was 1983's "Cum On Feel the Noize," the first metal song ever to reach No. 1 on the Billboard Hot 100 singles chart. To read Kevin's last interview before his death, Click Here.
