Legendary R&B performer Whitney Houston, whose tragic death shook the music community in February, will posthumously receive the Billboard Millenium Award at the upcoming Billboard Music Awards, slated for May 20th in Las Vegas.  According to event organizers, the late singer will be honored in a tribute at the ceremony performed by Jordin Sparks and John Legend.  The award will be accepted on Whitney's behalf by her daughter, Bobbi Kristina and sister-in-law Pat Houston.
