Fox Television on Monday finally brought an end to a spring of rampant rumors about the judges on the second season of "X-Factor," announcing that Demi Lovato will join Britney Spears as the new judges, sitting alongside the show's creator Simon Cowell and L.A. Reid.  Cowell first brought the "X-Factor" to American television lat week, hoping to compete with "AMerican Idol" and "The Voice" with the show that has been a UK favorite for several years.
