Jack Black stars in this indie flick directed by Richard Linklater (SCHOOL OF ROCK). Black plays Bernie, a "sweet natured" funeral director, who becomes involved with an older woman played by Shirley MacLaine.  The film is set in Texas and deals with the mystery of why did Bernie kill the old lady?
