Metallica was confirmed as a headlining act for the fifth annual Outside Lands Music & Arts festival, along with Stevie Wonder, Neil Young & Crazy Horse, the Foo Fighters and Jack White.  The festival is scheduled to take place August 10th through the 12th at the Golden Gate Park in San Francisco.  Tickets for the 2012 Outside Lands festival go on sale Thursday at 3 PM ET.  Check out a full list of scheduled acts below.
