Axl Rose grabbed headlines worldwide Wednesday when he announced he would not attend the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame induction of his band, Guns n' Roses. But, Rose is hardly the first artist to skip out on an induction ceremony, as dozens of artists have chosen not to be present for a variety of reasons.
