Former American Idol contestant and Daughtry frontman Chris Daughtry has ben named in a lawsuit filed by former bandmates over royalties.  According to the claim, three musicians who Daughtry was in a band with called Absent Element have accused the singer of withholding royalty checks for songs they co-wrote.  Daughtry denied the claims, and vowed to fight the lawsuit.
