According to a report from E! News over the weekend, Britney Spears' fiance Jason Trawick has petitioned a court to make him the co-conservator of the pop icon's estate along with her father, Jamie Spears.  The singer's father has had control of her fortune since 2008, when Britney had a breakdown.  Trawick served as Spears' manager from 2008 until earlier this year.  The couple were engaged in December, on Trawick's 40th birthday.
