Pop icon Madonna scored the 8th No. 1 album of her career this week as her new "MDNA" set topped the Billboard 200 albums chart with sales of 359,000.  The feat puts Madonna into a tie in terms of No. 1 albums amond female artists, and only one off the all-time lead of nine held by Barbra Streisand.  Sales of "MDNA" got a boost from a successful promotion in which fans who purchased a ticket to her upcoming world tour had the option of receiving a copy as part of the ticket price.
