A trailer debuted on NBC's "Today" show Monday morning for the sson-to-be-released film, "Sparkle." The film was the last project ever from R&B icon Whitney Houston, who passed away tragically on February 12th at the age of 48. The film stars "American Idol" winner Jordin Sparks portraying the title character who fronts an all-girl music group, with Houston playing her mother. Check out the trailer for "Sparkle" below," and keep an eye out for a brief appearance from R&B singer Cee Lo Green. "Sparkle" is a remake of a 1976 film that starred Philip Michael Thomas and Irene Cara.
