R&B singer Bobby Brown was officially charged with DUI in California on Wednesday, two days after he was arrested in a Los Angeles suburb. Brown was charged with a pair of DUI-related misdemeanor offenses as well as driving on a suspended license, also a misdemeanor. The singer faces a maximum of six months in jail for each of the counts. Brown was taken into custody Monday after police pulled him over for talking on a cell phone, after which he failed a field sobriety test.
