R&B sensation continued to rack up awards for her debut album "21" over the weekend as it earned Album of the Year honors at Germany's ECHO Music Awards held in Berlin.  The album also won top album awards at the Grammys and the Brit awards.  At the ECHO awards, Adele was also recognized as Best Female International Artist.

While Adele did not perform at the ceremony, there was still plenty of star-power on the stage as Lana Del Rey performed her hit single "Video Games," Rammstein performed with Marilyn Manson, and Katy Perry performed her latest single, "Part of Me."  Watch footage of Perry's performance below.
