According to a report issued Thursday from the L.A. County coroner's office, R&B icon Whitney Houston's February 12th death was caused by accidental drowning.  The report states that the singer was found submerged in a bathtub, and lists cocaine intake as a possible cause of the injury, indicating she had the drug in her system.

A report from TMZ, citing a source close to the investigation, suggests that Houston may have suffered a heart attack that caused her to lose consciousness in the bathtub, leading to her drowning.
