According to a report published Wednesday by Rolling Stone, 80s R&B star El Debarge was arrested in Los Angeles last week and charged with possession of narcotics with intent to sell.  According to the report, which cites an LAPD spokesman, Debarge was arrested on the 19th in the middle of a drug deal.  Both men were arrested and DeBarge was later released on $30,000 bail.  This is the singer's third arrest for drug possession since 2001.
