Sultry singer/songwriter Fiona Apple revealed the title for her upcoming fourth album on Wednesday.  In keeping with the tradition established with the 90-word title of her second effort, the new album is titled: "The Idler Wheel Is Wiser Than the Driver of the Screw, and Whipping Cords Will Serve You More than Ropes Will Ever Do." The album is tentatively scheduled to arrive in stores in late June.
