According to a report on RadarOnline.com, Motley Crue drummer Tommy Lee has settled a lawsuit with his former assistant Michael Anthony Sullivan, who sued the rocker for failure to pay overtime, defamation of character, and other claims. According to the stort, Lee will pay Sullivan $400,000 and deliver a public apology for his treatment of him.
Sullivan claims to have served Lee in various capacities between January 2005 and March 2011. Sullivan claims that Lee made improper deductions from his paychecks and worked him virtually around the clock, with no additional compensation made for overtime hours worked. In addition, Sullivan claims that Lee made defamatory statements about him, and interfered with him going to work for Bush after he was terminated.
