After nearly three decades of headlining festivals organized by other people, thrash legends Metallica announced on Tuesday the formation of their own two day music and arts event.  Dubbed "Orion Mucis & More," the festival will take place June 23rd as Bader Field in Atlantic City, New Jersey, and the grounds will be lined with multiple stages for the 22 artists scheduled to perform.  Tickets for the event go on sale this Saturday, with a 2-day pass going for $150.  Check out the full lienup for the festival below.
