Nearly eight years after he died of prostate cancer, Johnny Ramone's autobiography will finally be published on April 2nd.  Ramone, real name John Cummings, was one of the founding members of the iconic New York punk band.  Considered one of the most influential guitarists in the history of rock music, Cummings lost a long battle with cancer in 2004.  He was 55.  According to his wife, the book was written during that battle, as Cummings wanted to take control of his legacy.
