Rapper / actor LL Cool J has bee tapped to host the 54th annual Grammy Awards, ending a stretch of seven years in which the ceremony went without an official host.  The ceremony is scheduled for February 12th at the Staples Center in Los Angeles.  LL has hosted the "Grammy Nominations Concert" since its inception three years ago, but has never hosted the Grammys.  Scheduled performers include Taylor Swift, the Foo Fighters, Kelly Clarkson, Jason Aldean, Nicki Minaj and Bruno Mars.
