Pittsburgh rapper Maxamillion, whose real name is Max Warren, filed a lawsuit against Wiz Khalifa on Thursday accusing him of stealing the Billboard Hot 100 No. 1 hit "Black and Yellow.  Warren is seeking $2.3 million in the claim.  According to the suit, Warren had written and copyrighted a song titled "Pink and Yellow" in 2008, and Khalifa lifted the song, changing the name and copyrighting "Black and Yellow" in 2008.  Listen to the songs below and judge for yourself.
