Sould legen Aretha Franklin announced Monday that she and longtime boyfriend William Wilkerson got engaged over the holidays.  It will be Franklin's third marriage, and the 69 year-old singer jokes on Twitter that she is not pregnant.  The couple are reportedly considering a summer wedding in Miami Beach, though exact plans have not been made.
