Authorities in Spain arrested a 31 year-old man on Thursday in connection to the leak last week of "Gimme All Your Luvin'," the first single from pop legend Madonna's soon-to-be-released album.  According to reports, Madonna's lawyers were able to trace the leak to the Spanish man, who police described as "a big Madonna fan."  The singer disagrees with that assessment however, as she noted unpon learning of the leak that her true fans wouldn't do that.

So far, authorities have not determined how the man got the track, which is supposed to feature guest vocals from Nicki Minaj and M.I.A., but the version that hit the Web was missing Minaj's parts.  The single is due to be released sometime next month, and Minaj and M.I.A. will join Madonna during her Super Bowl halftime performance to perform the song.
