The state of Indiana reached a settlement Monday with 63 of the 65 victims involved i a class action lawsuit over last year's tragic stage collapse at the State Fair. In the deal, the state supplied $5 million in compensation, while also distributing some $800,000 that has been donated to victims of the tragic accident, which occurred August 13th as Sugarland was getting ready to go onstage. A separate lawsuit was filed last month and seeks damages from Sugarland because it failed to call off the show in the dangerous weather conditions.
