Teen pop sensation Justin Bieber was named in a paternity suit this week filed by a 20 year-old woman who claims she and Beiber had sex backstage last year at the singer's LA concert.  The woman, Mariah Yeater, is now seeking financial support from Bieber for her 3-month-old son, which she claims is his.

Bieber has steadfastly denied the claim through his representatives.  "While we haven't yet seen the lawsuit, it's sad that someone would fabricate, malicious, defamatory AND demonstrably false claims," Bieber's rep said in an interview. "We will vigorously pursue all available legal remedies to defend and protect Justin against these allegations."

Yeater claims she has tried to contact Bieber numerous times since learning that she was pregnant, but never got a response.  She wants the court to order a paternity test, as well as child support for the infant.  The California court where Yeater filed the paternity suit has scheduled a hearing on the matter in December.
