Aerosmith was forced to postpone a scheduled concert in Paraguay Tuesday after frontman Steven Tyler took a fall in his hotel bathroom, hitting his face and knocking out a pair of teeth. Organizers have referred to the accident as minor and say the concert will be held Wednesday. The event is Aerosmith's first-ever concert in Paraguay and 50,000 people are expected to attend.
63 year-old Tyler, meanwhile, was treated at a local hospital for cuts on his face and received dental implants for the broken teeth. He is back at the hotel and preparing for the concert.
