Global pop sensation Shakira has been confirmed as a performer at the upcoming Latin Grammy Awards, where she is scheduled to be honored with the Person of the Year Award.  Additional performers, event organizers announced over the weekend, will include Marco Antonio Solis, Calle 13, Mana, and Sie7e.  The ceremony is scheduled to take place November 10th at the Mandalay Bay Events Ceter in Las Vegas and will be aired on Univision.
