Rapper Big Boi, real name Antwan Patton, has reached a plea deal with prosecutors in Florida that will allow him to avoid serving jail time on drug charges. The deal calls for the rapper to undergo three months of drug testing, community service, and $2,000 in donations to charities. The 36 year-old rapper was arrested in August as he got off a cruise ship when a drug-sniffing dog detected drugs on him. Authorities found ecstasy and paraphernalia. The rapper faced two counts of felony drug possession for the arrest, which prosecutors say will be dismissed if Big Boi can stay clean for three months.
