Rapper Petey Pablo was sentenced to 35 months in a federal prison Tuesday after pleading guilty to a charge of possession of a stolen firearm. The 38 year-old hip-hop artist, whose real name is Moses Barrett, was arrested last year attempting to get through airport security at Raleigh-Durham International Airport. Security creeners found a loaded gun hidden in a bag belonging to the rapper when it passed through an x-ray machine. According to prosecutors, the weapon found was detemined to have been stolen from a home in Gardena, California during a home burglary.
