Former Ozzy Osbourne and current Black Label Society guitarist Zakk Wylde has filed a restraining order against a 20year-old neighbor who has been stalking and harrassing Wylde, according to a report on TMZ.com. According to the story, the complaint shows that Wylde recently called police to his home, where the man was arrested and held for 72 hours for mental evaluation. The neighbor was diagnosed with Bipolar Type 1 disorder, widely considered the most severe form of mental illness. Wylde claims in court documents that the man recently left a "sacrifice" at Wylde's home. The judge in the case granted the restraining order, ordering the man to stay 100 yards away from Wylde and his family, and the two sides are scheduled to appear in court on the matter next week.
