Rapper Wiz Khalifa received a wonderful birthday present Thursday, when a North Carolina prosecutor decided that the marijuana found on his tour bus last November was not enough to pursue trafficking charges.  All charges were dropped against Khalifa and six other men who were on the bus.  Three of the men have taken responsibility for the drugs and pleaded guilty to misdemeanor possession charges at an August 11th hearing.  Khalifa turned 24 on Thursday.
