Rapper Big Sean, real name Sean Anderson appeared in court this week to face charges that he sexually abused a child. Anderson, along with Detroit rapper Willie "Sayitainttone" Hansbro were charged by police in Lewiston, New York on August 4th with third-degree sexual abuse, forcible touching and second-degree unlawful imprisonment after they allegedly forced a 17-year old fan to have sex with them. Both men are 23.
Prosecutors moved for a gag order in the case due to its sensitive nature and the age of the victim. A grand jury will review the evidence and if the men are indicted, the case will move to a Niagra County court. Both sides are scheduled to appear in court in Lewiston on October 11th.
