Actress Lindsay Lohan has reportedly filed a lawsuit against rapper Pitbull over a lyric about her in his hit song, "Give Me Everything." Ne-Yo and Afrojack, who co-wrote the song, are also named in the suit. The lyric in question goes: "Hustlers move aside, so I'm tiptoeing, to keep flowing/I got it locked up like Lindsay Lohan."
In the lawsuit, Lohan's attorney claims that "the lyrics, by virtue of its wide appeal, condemnation, excoriation, disparaging or defamatory statements by the defendants about the plaintiff are destined to do irreparable harm to the plaintiff." The claim asks for an injunction to prevent further broadcasting of the song, which reached No. 1 on the Billboard Hot 100 on June and has sold nearly 3 million copies.
