Estaranged brothers and Oasis founders Liam and Noel Gallagher are apparently still not happy with one another.  Liam filed a lawsuit aganist Noel on Friday accusing his brother of libel over comments made when the band broke up in 2009.  Noel left the band claiming that he could no longer work with Liam, shortly after the band pulled out of a scheduled appearance at the 2009 V Festival.  Noel claimed in an interview last month that the reason for the cancellation was that Liam had a hangover.  Liam, meanwhile, claims that he was suffering from laryngitis at the time, prompting the cancellation.  Noel also claimed that Liam demanded to advertise his clothing line in Oasis' Tour program, which Liam denies.  Liam claims that the lawsuit he filed is "not about money.  All I want is a full apology from Noel."
