Half of the successful rap duo Outkast, Big Boi was arrested in Miami Sunday afternoon on charges of drug possession.  Miami police say the rapper, whose real name is Antwan Patton, was charged with three counts of possession of a controlled substance and one count of possession of drug paraphernalia.  Big Boi was reportedly caught by drug-sniffing dogs as he was getting off a cruise ship.  The rapper is reportedly being held in a Dade County jail on $16,000 bail.
