Hip-hop star Nicki Minaj was handed a citation after her performance at the Reggae Sumfest in Montego, Jamaica on July 23rd charging her with "explicit lyrics" and "sexually suggestive dance moves", according to a report in the Jamaica Observer. Police reportedly handed Minaj the summons as she left the Catherine Hall Entertainment Complex after her show. Minaj pleaded guilty and reportedly paid a fine of $1,000. The singer apparently wasn't too upset by the charges as can be seen in the interview she did with VIBE after receiving the summons. Watch the brief chat below.
