Rapper Lil' Wayne told MTV on Monday that he has completed work on the latest installment in his "Tha Carter" series, and the labum will hit stores in late August.  "The album is done and it'll be out August 29," he says. "It's totally done."  As an apology to his fans who have been waiting months for "Tha Carter IV," Wayne has also recorded a new mixtape, the aptly named "Sorry 4 the Wait," which will be available on either July 12th or 13th.

"Tha Carter IV" will reportedly include a collaboration with Nas, Shyne and Jadakiss, while other guests on the album include Busta Rhymes, Bun B, Tech N9ne, John Legend and Cee Lo Green.
