Pop superstars Lady Gaga and Britney Spears dominated Billboard's Mid-Year Music Awards, the results of which were based entirely on fan voting. Billboard reported that hundreds of thousands of votes were cast by Wednesday's deadline, and results were announced Thursday. Spears' album, Femme Fatale," was named Favorite Billboard 200 No. 1 album and her single "Hold It Against Me was voted the Favorite Hot 100 song. Spears also edged out Gaga for the First-Half MVP award, and also nabbed the vote for best video for "I Wanna Go" and Best Tour, giving her five awards to lead the pack.
Gaga, meanwhile, was the fan's choice in the Best Style category and the Best Festival Performance vote for her appearance at Radio 1's Big Weekend. Gaga was also the runner-up to Spears in First-half MVP, Best Video ("Judas"), Favorite Billboard 200 No. 1 Album ("Born this Way"), and Best Tour. Check out the full results below.
