R&B sensation Kelly Rowland, fresh off the success of her Lil' Wayne-assisted single "Motivation," released another single on Tuesday, this time with the help of rapper Big Sean.  The single is entitled "Lay It On Me" and was produced by Hit-Boy.  The former Destiny's Child star is currently in the UK serving as a judge for "The X Factor."  Her third album, "Here I Am," is scheduled to arrive in stores July 26th.  Listen to the new single below.
