Down guitarist Pepper Keenan reportedly hit vocalist Phil Anselmo in the head with a guitar Thursday night, when the former Pantera frontman proceeded to bleed heavily across the stage.  Impressively, the band did not stop their set, continuing through the entire gig.  Skid Row guitarist Dave "Snake" Sabo, who works as an artist manager for the company that represents Down, Tweeted about the incident:  "Holy shit! Pepper Keenan just hit Anselmo in the head with his guitar by accident and busted Philip's head open! Blood all over the place! But they keep going!! Fucking awesome!"  No word yet on how serve the gash on Phil's head turned out to be.
